SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY:
Payments can be made through PayPal or Stripe (credit/debit card).
Each SABO DESIGN jewelry piece is made-to-order at my studio (unless otherwise stated).
Please allow 7-10 business days for creating your pieces and have them ready for shipment.
Ready to ship items will ship within 2-3 business days.
Your item will be shipped from Los Angeles, California with USPS. Your package should arrive within:
USA (2-5 business days)
Canada (7-21 business days)
Europe (7 -28 business days)
Australia (9-28 business days)
Please notice that shipping can have delay up to 45 days in every category which is not dependent on me, but on shipping company.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. They do not take into account delays caused by local customs (international orders), stormy weather and local holidays. I am NOT responsible for any delays once item is shipped.
I am unable to redirect deliveries once they have been dispatched
DUTY / TAX FEES:
Please be aware that your orders may be subject duty or tax fees that your country might charge you.
These are fees that I cannot quote you for and that I will not be held responsible for.
Please purchase accordingly and cautiously – be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order.
If your order is returned to me for any reason I will not be held responsible and you will be asked to repay the original shipping fees.
There are several reasons a package can be returned — please be very careful to include your proper address,
a telephone number you can be reached at, and make sure to respond to any customs notices left for you.
If customs tries to contact you or deliver your package and you do not respond or pick it up it will be returned to me and you will have to repay the original shipping fees.
Due to hygiene reasons I do not accept returns on jewelry. Please take the time to completely review your selection before purchasing
RETURNS FOR REPAIR:
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase.
Please note that items that are damaged as result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
The repair of faulty goods is offered free of charge.
