SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY:
After purchase, please make sure to pay for your order within 4 business days,
otherwise your order will be cancelled and products will go back to regular sale.
Payments can be made through PayPal (in EUR and USD) or through direct bank transfer (only in EUR).
Each SABO DESIGN jewelry piece is made-to-order at my studio.
After payment for your order, please allow up to 6 business days for me to make your selected pieces
and have them ready for shipment. If you need your item sooner, please contact me beforehand.
Orders placed on my online store can be shipped worldwide.
Your item will be shipped from Cyprus (Europe). Priority registered mail should arrive within:
Europe (5 -12 business days)
USA (10 -17 business days)
Australia (14-18 business days)
Rest of the world (7-15 business days – air mail)
Please notice that shipping can have delay up to 45 days in every category which is not dependent on me, but on shipping company.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. They do not take into account delays caused by local customs, stormy weather and local holidays.
I am NOT responsible for any delays once item is shipped.
However, let me know, if the item won’t arrive after 4 weeks since shipping notification.
I will claim on the post office and we will see what they can do in this case.

DUTY / TAX FEES:
Please be aware that your orders may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you.
These are fees that I cannot quote you for and that I will not be held responsible for.
Please purchase accordingly and cautiously – be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order.
I charge actual shipping fees ONLY!
Again I will not be responsible and will not pay your duty or tax fees.
If your order is returned to me for any reason I will not be held responsible and you will be asked to repay the original shipping fees.
There are several reasons a package can be returned — please be very careful to include your proper address,
a telephone number you can be reached at, and make sure to respond to any customs notices left for you.
If customs tries to contact you or deliver your package and you do not respond or pick it up it will be returned to me and you will have to repay the original shipping fees.
I offer the possibility to return articles purchased on the SABO DESIGN online store, without need of justification,
for up to 7 working days, i.e. excluding weekend and holidays, after the date of receipt of your order.
You must inform me about return through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org , email@example.com or by using the CONTACT form on my site.
I won’t be able to process unidentified returns and they may be returned to the sender so make sure you will contact me first.
You may return items in their original packaging, to ensure that they are adequately protected in shipment
to the address provided by me after receiving return information form you.
Reimbursement of the returned item’s price, excluding shipping costs, will be made by crediting your credit card
or Paypal account within thirty days of reception of the returned items.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all SABO DESIGN tags and materials included with original shipment.
Items that are returned used, incomplete, spoilt, damaged, dirty or otherwise deteriorated shall not be accepted for full reimbursement
and may be sent back to the customer.
RETURNS FOR REPAIR:
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase.
Please note that items that are damaged as result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
The repair of faulty goods is offered free of charge.
